Terms and conditions

These terms apply to cleaning services booked with Book My Cleaners, a trading name of Book My Cleaners Ltd (company number 17507943), registered office 15a Eastcote Road, Harrow, England, HA2 8LQ. Please read them before booking.

1. Bookings

A booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. Prices shown online are based on the information you give us. If the property is materially larger or dirtier than described, we will discuss any change before continuing.

2. Payment

You can pay online by card when you book or pay on the day. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

3. Cancellations and changes

You may cancel or reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at 50% of the booking value, and cancellations within 12 hours or where our team cannot gain access may be charged in full.

4. Access

You must make sure our team can access the property at the booked time, with running water and electricity. Please tell us about parking restrictions in your booking notes.

5. Re-clean guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any area we cleaned, tell us within 72 hours and we will return to re-clean it free of charge. We need the opportunity to put things right before any refund is considered.

6. Liability

We carry public liability insurance. Please report any damage within 48 hours. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or marks that cannot be removed without damaging the surface.

7. Non-solicitation

Please do not hire our cleaners privately while they work for us, or for six months after their last visit to you.

8. Your rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you book online, you have a 14-day cancellation period; if you ask us to start within that period, you agree to pay for services provided.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
