What affects the price?

Prices for domestic cleaning in London are fixed by the size of the job, so you know the cost before we arrive. The main factors are the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and any extras you add such as carpet cleaning, an oven clean or key collection.

Homes here are mostly flats, Victorian conversions, terraces and family houses, so it is worth telling us about features such as period details, compact kitchens and busy bathrooms in your booking notes. If a property is much larger or in a very different condition from the description, we will always talk to you before changing anything.

Domestic Cleaning, room by room

Kitchen

Worktops, hob, sink and appliance fronts are cleaned every visit, cupboard handles are wiped and the floor is vacuumed and mopped. Bins are emptied and liners replaced if you leave them out.

Bathrooms

Toilets, basins, baths and showers are cleaned and disinfected, mirrors and taps are polished and the floor is washed. Towels can be folded or changed if you ask.

Living areas and bedrooms

Surfaces are dusted and polished, beds made or changed, cushions straightened and floors vacuumed. Your cleaner follows your own list, so the jobs that matter most to you are always done.

Your priority list

Every home is different. You tell us what matters, whether that is ironing, the inside of the fridge or a different room each week, and we add it to your cleaner's notes so it stays consistent visit after visit.

Same cleaner each time

Wherever possible you keep the same cleaner, who learns your home and routine. If they are on holiday we offer a vetted replacement briefed with the same notes, or you can skip that visit.

When to book

Many London customers book a deep clean in spring, before the summer holidays and in the run-up to Christmas, then keep on top of things with regular visits. Weekday slots are easiest to get; Saturdays fill up first, so book ahead if you need a weekend clean.

How often should you book domestic cleaning?

Most households in London book regular cleaning weekly or fortnightly. Weekly suits families, pet owners and larger homes; fortnightly suits smaller flats and couples; monthly visits work well as a top-up if you keep on top of daily tidying yourself.

If it has been a while since your home had a thorough clean, start with a deep clean. It removes the build-up of limescale, grease and dust so that regular visits can keep things at a high standard in less time — which usually makes regular cleaning cheaper overall.

Seasonal deep cleans in spring and before the winter holidays are popular across London, especially in flats, Victorian conversions, terraces and family houses.

Domestic Cleaning questions

Will I get the same cleaner each time?

Wherever possible, yes. If your regular cleaner is on holiday we will offer a replacement or let you skip that visit.

Do I have to supply products?

You can use your own, or add our product kit at checkout for a small fee.

Can you clean at weekends in London?

Yes. We clean seven days a week across London and London, including Saturdays and Sundays, with morning, midday and afternoon arrival windows.

How quickly can you come to London?

Bookings in London are usually available from the next day. Busy periods such as the end of the month fill up first, so book as early as you can.

Do I need to arrange parking?

It helps. Much of London has controlled parking zones and shared entrances, so please tell us about permits, visitor bays or building rules in your booking notes.

Are your products safe for children and pets?

We use professional products chosen to be safe once dry. Let us know about allergies or sensitivities and we will adapt what we use.

Is your team insured?

Yes. Every job is covered by public liability insurance, and every cleaner is interviewed, reference-checked and has their right to work verified.

How long does domestic cleaning take?

A deep clean of a one-bedroom flat takes around 4 to 5 hours; regular domestic visits are booked by the hour, usually 2 to 4 hours. Larger homes are given more cleaners rather than more days.

Do you bring your own equipment?

Yes. Our teams bring professional products, microfibre cloths, vacuums and specialist tools for domestic cleaning. For regular domestic cleaning you can choose to use your own products instead.

What happens if something is missed?

Tell us within 72 hours and we will send a team back to put it right at no extra cost. Our cleaners also finish every job with a room-by-room check against the checklist.
