Book My Cleaners Ltd (company number 17507943), trading as Book My Cleaners, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Registered office: 15a Eastcote Road, Harrow, England, HA2 8LQ.

What we collect

Name, email, phone number, address and postcode, booking details and notes, payment status (card data is handled by Stripe), messages you send us, and for job applicants the information in your application.

Why we use it

To provide and manage your bookings (contract), to send service emails such as confirmations and reminders (contract), to improve our service and prevent fraud (legitimate interests), to send marketing if you have agreed (consent) and to meet legal obligations such as tax records and right-to-work checks.

Who we share it with

Our cleaners (only what they need to do the job), Stripe (payments), Brevo (email delivery), and our hosting provider. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Booking and invoice records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe. Unsuccessful job applications are deleted after 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or move your data, object to processing or withdraw consent at any time by emailing headoffice@bookmycleaners.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
